Founder and Managing Partner with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and executive management.

He has advised on numerous transactions representing both investors and the targets, and has taken hands-on roles in execution, integration, and restructuring. His experience includes working closely with senior management teams in complex and cross-border environments.

Earlier in his career, he held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Touche Ross, including over a decade of international assignments.





​Ela Horozoğlu


Partner with extensive experience in financial management, governance, and executive leadership across multinational organizations.

She has held senior roles including CFO and board-level responsibilities, with a strong track record in financial oversight, organizational restructuring, and operational management. She has also led complex processes including liquidation and wind-down of entities.

Her background includes experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Touche Ross, providing a strong foundation in financial reporting and advisory.
